Identification of Interested Parties

To better understand the topics of concern to its stakeholders and ensure effective communication, DingZing identifies stakeholders in accordance with the five key principles of stakeholder engagement: Dependency, Responsibility, Influence, Diverse Perspectives, and Tension. Based on interaction frequency and operational significance, DingZing has identified six key stakeholder groups: employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders/investors, government agencies, and local communities.
